What is your return policy?

Hassle-Free Exchanges: We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not happy, you can return all items within 14 days of receipt Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Custom-made and clearance items are final sale. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free UK shipping for single items. For orders with multiple items, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination.

For international orders:

  • USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: Shipping is a standard £50 for items under 10kg. For items over 10kg, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, allowing you to see the total cost upfront before completing your purchase.
  • EU: Shipping is a standard £35 for orders under 10kg. For items over 10kg, shipping costs will be calculated based on weight and distance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally! In addition to domestic shipping within the UK, we also deliver to countries in the EU as well as to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

When will my order arrive?

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • UK: Estimated delivery in 2–4 business days.
  • EU: Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days.
  • USA, Canada, and Australia: Estimated delivery in 3–10 business days.

What do i do if my object arives broken?

Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If you discover any damage, report it immediately to hello@danafabe.com. We ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that damages reported after the item has been accepted will not be eligible for return or refund. We are here to assist you with the return process and will provide options for a replacement or refund to ensure your satisfaction.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
