Baked-by-Sun Terracotta Vessel Lamp

Hand-thrown in western Turkey, this terracotta vessel was used for storing olive oil and household provisions. Its rounded body, narrow base and twin handles give it a balanced, practical form, with soft surface variation and light markings from use and firing over time.

Now converted in the UK into a table lamp, it has a steady, easy presence that works across bedside tables, consoles or shelves — simple, proportioned and easy to place.
