Metallic Forest Terracotta Table Lamp

Hand-thrown in western Turkey, this terracotta olive jar was used for storing oil, with its wide shoulder, tapered body and twin handles shaped for everyday use. The rim is finished in a deep, green glaze — originally applied to seal the opening — creating a subtle contrast against the raw clay body.

Now converted in the UK into a table lamp, its height and narrower base give it a slightly more lifted profile while still feeling steady — well-suited to consoles, sideboards or bedside tables.
