Hand-thrown in central Turkey, this terracotta vessel was used for storing dry goods. Its tall, tapering form and thick clay walls were made for long-term use, while the surface carries deep firing marks — darker, scorched patches set into the body from the kiln.
Now converted in the UK into a table lamp, it holds its scale — tall, weighty, and unapologetically solid.
